Property:  8-unit Apartment Building in El Centro, Imperial County, CA

Background: Abandoned apartment building heavily vandalized and used as squatter/drug location.  Property was stripped of all value (i.e. wiring, A/C units, copper piping, appliances).

Resolution: Secured nearly $400,000 in outside receivership funding to create and implement a plan for complete rehabilitation of the apartment building.  Due to history and condition of property, on-site security staff was necessary during the receivership. Property was sold in finished condition to an investor/landlord to provide for local housing.
