Property:  Single-family-home in La Habra, Orange County, CA

Background: After family struggles and substantial drug nuisance activity at the property, this house was abandoned and ultimately overrun by squatters.  There was significant damage to the systems of the property (plumbing, electrical, HVAC) and the structural integrity.

Resolution: The property was fully rehabilitated and brought back to its permitted bedroom/bath layout.  A new family purchased the home.  The neighbors were certainly happy with the outcome.
