Property:  Single-family-home in Pacific Beach, San Diego County, CA

Background: Over the years, the property had become overrun by squatters setting up an encampment in the backyard, engaging in repetitive nuisance activity.  Elderly owner had lost control of the situation.

Resolution: The unauthorized squatters were removed and the camp structures were demolished.  Two adult family members of the owner were relocated.  Post-clear out, ownership family was given the final decision on as-is sale or rehabilitation.
