Background: Substantial interior and exterior hoarding conditions (including vast attic space) within highly desirable neighborhood in Northern California.  The sorting and clear-out project was particularly difficult because owner was a career scientist with rare and expensive testing equipment mixed throughout the accumulation of trash and debris.

Resolution: After the property was cleared out and rehabilitated, the owner consented to the sale of the property.  It sold for $1.34M within days of listing, allowing the owner to take his substantial equity proceeds to begin a new chapter in his life.
