Property:  Single-family-home in Westminster, Orange County, CA

Background: Decades of interior hoarding by elderly single woman.  Sadly, the owner was found inside the home immobile with a serious leg infection amongst the trash and debris within her home.  She was transported to a care facility to receive proper treatment.  Unfortunately, her leg had to be amputated above the knee.

Resolution: The property was cleared out and the neglected systems of the home were repaired.  The owner determined it was best for her to remain in a care facility, therefore she consented to the sale of her free-and-clear home and directed her sale proceeds towards her long-term living and care arrangements.
